Terms of Service

1. The Service

The Service helps companies run construction projects: projects and contracts, budgets and expenses, schedules of values, progress billings and billing documents, change orders, RFIs and submittals, site reports and photos, time clocks for workers, materials and equipment, and related reports. Features may change over time; we try to tell you before removing something you rely on.

2. Accounts and companies

• You are responsible for your sign-in details and for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
• A company profile belongs to the account that created it. Its owner and Admins decide who is invited, what role each member has, and which data is entered.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Your data, and the company's responsibilities

The data you and your team enter is yours (or your company's). We use it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

When your company records information about other people — workers, clients, subcontractors, suppliers — your company is responsible for it under Panama's Ley 81 de 2019: it must have a valid basis to collect it, inform those people (including that clock-ins may take a photo and record location), answer their requests, and keep it only as long as needed. We process that information on your company's instructions.

4. Billing documents are not fiscal invoices

Until your company connects an authorised electronic-invoicing provider (PAC), the billing documents the Service produces are non-fiscal documents. They do not replace the fiscal (electronic) invoice required by the Dirección General de Ingresos, and you remain responsible for your tax obligations.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to store.
• Do not try to access another company's data, test or bypass security, or overload the Service.
• Do not resell or copy the Service, or use it to build a competing product.

6. Plans, payment and trials

Some features need a paid plan or credits. Prices and what each plan includes are shown in the app before you buy. Unless stated otherwise, fees are not refundable for a period already started. If payment fails or a trial ends, some features may be limited until it is resolved; your data is not deleted because of that.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update these Terms; if a change is significant we will tell you in the app or by email before it applies. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new Terms.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account from My account → Data & privacy, and download your own data first. A company's Admins can export the company's data from its profile card. We may suspend an account that breaks these Terms, after telling you why when the law and safety allow.

9. Liability

The Service is a tool: figures, reports and documents depend on the data entered, and you should check them before relying on them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Panama law.

10. Law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama, and disputes go to the competent courts of Panama City. Questions: info@mazestudio.design.
