License Agreement

Effective 11/1/2026

Last updated 11/1/2026

This End-User License Agreement (the "Agreement") is between you and MAZE Group S.A. (RUC 155659813-2-2018 DV 91), a company of the Republic of Panama with its address at Parque Lefebre, Calle 101 Norte, PH MAZE, Panamá ("we", "us"), the owner and operator of ZeroPresupuesto (the "Service"). It sets the terms on which you may use the Service's software, in a browser, as an installed web app or in the mobile app. It forms part of the Terms of Service and is read with them and with the Privacy Policy. By selecting "I accept" you agree to it; if you use the Service for a company, you accept it for that company too.

1. Licence Grant

While your account is active and you comply with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the Service for your own or your company's internal business purposes, within the plan, credits and roles your company has. The licence is to use the Service, not a sale: we and our licensors keep all rights, title and interest in the software, its design, its documentation and our trademarks.

2. Restrictions

  • Do not copy, modify, translate or create works derived from the Service, except as the law expressly allows.
  • Do not decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Service, or try to extract its source code, except where the law allows it despite this restriction.
  • Do not rent, lease, sell, sublicense or otherwise make the Service available to third parties as a service of your own.
  • Do not access the Service by automated means (scraping, bots, scripts) other than the interfaces we provide, or in a way that overloads it.
  • Do not test, probe or bypass its security, or access data of another company or person (see the Security page to report a vulnerability in good faith).
  • Do not remove or alter any notice of ownership, or use the Service to build a competing product.

3. Accounts and Access

  • You must give accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential and tell us at once of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • A company's owner and Admins decide who is invited and with what role, and are responsible for removing access that is no longer needed.
  • Links that give access without an account (for example a worker's clock-in link or a client's approval link) are credentials: whoever holds them can use them, so they must be shared only with the person they are for.

4. Your Data

The data you and your company enter or upload ("Customer Data") belongs to you or your company. You grant us only the rights needed to host, process, transmit and show it to provide the Service, keep it secure and comply with the law, as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell Customer Data. You are responsible for having the right to enter it and, for personal data about others (workers, clients, suppliers), for the obligations of the responsible party under Ley 81 de 2019. You may export it as the Service allows and delete it at any time.

5. AI Features and Their Limits

Some optional features use artificial intelligence (for example reading a receipt, suggesting a description or answering a question). When a company turns them on, the text or images sent are processed by an AI provider only to produce the answer. AI output can be incomplete or wrong: it is a suggestion, not professional, legal, tax, engineering or financial advice, and you must review it before relying on it or saving it. A company can turn AI features off. Usage may be limited by plan or credits.

6. Plans, Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans and credits are billed as shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew for the same period until cancelled; you can cancel from Billing, and the plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Unless the law or the offer says otherwise, fees for a period already started are not refundable. Taxes are added where applicable. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's terms for billing and refunds. If a payment fails, some features may be limited until it is resolved; your data is not deleted because of it.

7. Availability, Support and Updates

We work to keep the Service available and to fix faults promptly, but it is provided over the internet and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or causes beyond our control. We may update, improve or change features; we will tell you in advance before removing a feature you rely on, when we reasonably can. Support is offered through the contacts on the Company and support page.

8. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from My account. We may suspend or end your access if you breach this Agreement or the Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users, after telling you the reason when the law and safety allow. When the licence ends you must stop using the Service. Sections 4, 9, 10, 11 and 13 survive termination. Customer Data is kept and deleted as the Privacy Policy describes; a company's Admins can export it before closing.

9. Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Figures, reports, schedules, documents and calculations depend on the data entered and must be checked by you. Billing documents are non-fiscal until a PAC is connected, as the Terms explain. Nothing in this Agreement limits rights you cannot waive under Panamanian consumer law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business, however caused. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for wilful misconduct (dolo) or gross negligence (culpa grave).

11. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of the City of Panama, without prejudice to any forum the law grants to consumers. Before going to court, both parties will try in good faith to settle the dispute by writing to each other.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement. The date of the last update and a summary of each change appear on this page. If a change is significant, the app will ask you to accept the new version before you continue; if you do not accept it, you can stop using the Service and export your data.
